Delete your data
Last updated 10 September 2026
You can have your sign-in removed, or an entire retailer account and all of its data erased. Which one applies depends on who you are — the three cases below are genuinely different, so start with the one that describes you.
If you are a rep or manager
Your sign-in belongs to your employer’s AgCadence account, the same way your work email does. The quickest route is to ask an administrator at your retailer to deactivate you from the People screen — that takes effect immediately, ends your access on every device, and leaves the contact history you logged intact for whoever takes over your accounts.
If you would rather your personal details be erased as well — your name and email address in the sign-in directory — email privacy@agcadence.ca from the address you sign in with. We will confirm with your retailer’s administrator, then delete your directory entry and your authentication record within 30 days. Activities you logged stay, because they are your employer’s business records, but they stop naming you.
If you are an administrator closing a retailer account
Email privacy@agcadence.ca from your administrator address and ask us to close the account. We will confirm, and then permanently delete, within 30 days:
- every sign-in belonging to the retailer, and its Cognito record;
- all customer, prospect, activity, checklist, deadline and follow-up records;
- all synced ERP data, and the stored ERP credentials;
- every voice-memo recording and transcript;
- branch, team and notification-preference settings.
Server logs containing request metadata age out on their own 30-day retention. Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal cycle, within 35 days. Say so in your email if you want an export first — we will send one before anything is deleted.
If you want to delete individual voice memos or activities
There is no self-service delete button for these yet. Email privacy@agcadence.ca from the address you sign in with, naming the account and roughly when the memo was recorded, and we will remove the recording, its transcript and its analysis. We will tell you what was deleted once it is done.
If you are a farm customer
Your details are in AgCadence because a retailer you deal with put them there — usually via their own ERP system. They control that record, so ask them directly and they can correct or remove it. If you are not sure who to ask, write to privacy@agcadence.ca and we will point you at the right retailer without disclosing anything about you to anyone else.
How long it takes
We acknowledge every request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days. If we need to verify who you are first, we will say so in the acknowledgement.
