AgCadence

Terms of Use

Last updated 10 September 2026

These terms cover your use of the AgCadence web and mobile apps. If your employer has a signed agreement with us for AgCadence, that agreement governs the commercial relationship and takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.

Who may use AgCadence

AgCadence is a business tool. You may use it if an agricultural retailer with an active AgCadence account has issued you a sign-in, and only for that retailer’s business. Sign-ins are personal — do not share yours, and tell an administrator promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Your retailer controls your access

Administrators at your retailer can create, re-role, re-branch and deactivate sign-ins, and can see the contact activity logged against their accounts. Deactivation ends access immediately. We act on a retailer’s instructions about their own users and data.

The data you put in

Customer records, contact notes and voice memos entered into AgCadence belong to the retailer, not to us. We use them to provide the service — including sending voice-memo audio and transcripts to the processors named in our Privacy Policy — and for nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not use them to train models.

You are responsible for what you enter: that you are entitled to record it, and that notes about a customer are accurate and professional. Do not use AgCadence to store payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health information — it is not built for any of those.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • try to reach another retailer’s data, or probe the service for ways to;
  • automate access in a way that degrades the service for others, or circumvent rate limits;
  • reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the apps, except where law says you may;
  • upload malware, or anything unlawful.

Security research is welcome — tell us at support@agcadence.ca before you publish, and do not use another retailer’s real data to demonstrate anything.

What the app is and is not

AgCadence reports when a customer was last contacted and when a booking deadline falls, based on what your team logs and what your ERP supplies. Those figures are a prompt, not a source of truth for any commercial commitment: confirm a booking through your normal process before relying on it. Voice-memo summaries and suggested checklist updates are produced automatically and can be wrong — read them before you act on them.

The mobile app works offline by design. Entries made without a connection are stored on the device and upload later; until the app shows them as synced, they exist only on that device.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep AgCadence available during business hours and to deploy changes without downtime, but the service is provided as-is and we do not promise uninterrupted operation here. We may change or remove features; if a change removes something your team depends on, we will tell administrators first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from use of AgCadence. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending use

You may stop using AgCadence at any time. We may suspend a sign-in that is being used in breach of these terms, and will tell the retailer’s administrators why. Deletion of data on account closure is covered under Delete your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
